This part-time position leads the fun during our Awesome Birthday Bashes (often held on weekends) and our Parentsʼ Survival Nights (held select Friday or Saturday nights). The role calls for an energetic, fun-loving person who has a natural ability to put smiles on the faces of young children.

With both full- and part-time positions available, Instructors work closely with Directors to ensure that children and their parents experience Serious Fun in every program. Ideal candidates will have some background in child development, experience putting smiles on the faces of children, and an energetic, fun-loving attitude.

This full-time position oversees the full breadth of offered programs, ensuring that the extremely high standards of The Little Gym International are adhered to in every class, every day. Most Program Directors spend approximately 60 percent of their time teaching and the balance of their time overseeing instructors and managing programs.

This full-time, career-level position is responsible for hiring, managing and training other staff, teaching limited classes, managing operations, providing outstanding customer service and selling The Little Gym program to new and existing customers. Gym Directors usually report directly to franchise owners.
